Contact Botable
Two ways in. Telegram for anything about a bot or an account, because that is where the fastest answer is. Email for billing, refunds, data requests and anything else you want in writing. Both are read by people.
Which channel should you use?
Support chat on Telegram
- Best for
- A bot that is not behaving, a build that failed, anything about your account.
- Include
- Your bot's @username and roughly when the problem started. If a build failed, say what you asked for — the request matters more than the error text.
support@botable.io
- Best for
- Billing, refunds, data requests, legal, and anything you want a written record of.
- Include
- The email on your account and, for a payment question, the date and amount. Refunds are handled under the published refund policy.
Announcements channel
- Best for
- Following what has changed. Read-only — this is not a support channel.
- Include
- Nothing. Check here first if something behaves differently than it did yesterday.
Worth checking first
A fair number of questions already have written answers, and reading one is faster than waiting for a reply.
- FAQ— twenty-one answers on getting started, credits, capabilities and data
- Build guides— twelve bot types, including the mistakes each one invites
- Refund policy— the terms a refund request is assessed against
- Privacy policy— what is collected, why, and how long it is kept
Who you are writing to
